How class attendance is captured and reported in Shulebora.
For: Teachers & Class Teachers
Marking Attendance
Go to Attendance → Mark, select the class/stream and date, then mark each learner Present, Absent or Late. Marks are saved instantly per learner per day.
Subject teachers can also mark subject-specific attendance where enabled, separate from the daily register.
Reports
Attendance → Reports shows daily, weekly and termly attendance rates per learner, stream or class — useful for parents' meetings and disciplinary follow-up.
Attendance rate also feeds the performance prediction engine: learners with low attendance receive a downward adjustment to their predicted end-of-term band.
