Parent Portal Guide
How parents/guardians sign up and use the Shulebora Parent Portal.

Signing Up
Get the school's join/registration code from the school office. Go to the Shulebora sign-up page, choose Parent, and register using your phone number/email and the join code — this links your account to your child(ren).
What You Can See
Once logged in, the Parent Portal shows your child's academic results and report cards, attendance record, fee statement and balance, school announcements and, where available, the CAT-based performance trend for each subject.
Paying Fees
Pay directly from the Parent Portal via M-Pesa — see the "How to Pay Fees via M-Pesa" guide for the exact steps. Payments reflect on your child's fee statement immediately after confirmation.
Getting Help
If you can't see your child's records, confirm with the school office that your phone number/email matches what is on file, and that you used the correct join code.
