Daily Tasks

Mark Attendance for each lesson/day under Attendance → Mark. Accurate attendance improves the reliability of performance predictions on learners' progress reports.

Record lesson delivery under Academics → Schemes & Lesson Notes (Scheme of Work, Record of Work and optional Lesson Plans).

Assessments

Set up CATs under Assessments → CATs, choosing the strands to assess and a max score per strand, then enter scores in Score Entry. CBE performance levels (EE/ME/AE/BE) are calculated automatically.

For end-of-term exams, enter marks under Assessments → Marks Entry; report cards and class/school performance reports are generated from these.

Progress Reports & Predictions

Learner Progress Reports (Assessments → Progress Reports) show a Performance Trend & Prediction section built from a learner's CAT history and attendance — use it to flag learners needing extra support before end of term.
